Purchasing a home is one of life’s most important decisions — a choice VCDC makes exciting with its modern, client-centric and customizable approach to real estate.
VCDC tasked us with creating a website for its M Residences homes. It has to highlight M Residence’s innovative concepts and vision to create dream homes in the Philippines' Metro. They also wanted it to be more than just a real estate showcase. Could it be a lifestyle touchpoint for their clients and interested buyers?
M Residences already had a website but it failed to fully showcase the warmth, elegance, and customization possibilities of its homes. It was also a fairly standard piece of internet real estate (pun intended). VCDC wanted us to rethink and recreate the entire site, back to front.
The website had to be easy for people to navigate and see the homes. It had to engage their clientele with M Residences’ trademark charismatic language. It also had to be functional in ways beyond being a visual showcase. With that in mind, we set out to create a site that fit the M Residences aesthetic and spoke the language of its modern, urbanized, highly-successful target market.
Building a site from scratch meant working closely with VCDC, communicating daily to align and make sure we stayed true to their fresh brand guidelines throughout the entire process.
We first met with Victor Consunji to get a grasp of what he envisioned for the website. From there, we created wireframes based on his feedback plus our own analysis of the user interface and user experience. Meanwhile, our graphic designers worked closely with the M Residences brand director to capture the right tone and mood board for the site.
We then crafted an editorial plan and wrote original content to build readership and loyalty. We built the new site using WordPress, themed our design, and customized the backend. Lastly, we integrated a 3D walkthrough so potential buyers had a more tactile browsing experience.
