Azalea Hollow is one of Ben Kinney Team’s newest luxury home developments. With Phase 1 lots due for a price increase, the team needed persuasive digital advertisements to encourage customers to lock in their reservations before the fall.
The Ben Kinney Team had a number of prospective buyers lined up but wanted to close off Azalea Hollow Phase 1 sales by securing customer reservations before the fall. To do this, they needed to communicate the benefits of reserving without delay — no deposits, big savings, and quick access to forms.
With this, Brevo was tasked with creating statics that would create excitement, highlight perks, and motivate buyers’ commitment to purchasing a place in Azalea Hollow.
We came up with a series of digital ads armed with compelling headlines. The goal was to be thoughtful, persuasive, and memorable in challenging buyers to make a decision, especially one as big as purchasing a home.
Because Azalea Hollow’s promo period was ending soon, we had to get potential buyers excited. We incorporated strategic stickers that highlighted the advantages of reserving before the fall, helping create a sense of urgency. Paired with custom QR visuals and complete contact details, our work was set to bring in business.
We also made sure the statics had all the hallmarks of a luxury brand. Visual elements utilized the company’s distinct blue hues. Azalea Hollow’s logo retained prominence against the 3D mockups of the soon-to-rise development while allowing written communications to shine.
In the end, we were able to hand over a trio of engaging digital ads that were on-brand, on-point, and on the way to landing the Ben Kinney Team deals before the fall.
