The Ben Kinney Team is the best performing group under the Keller Williams Company, the number one real estate franchise in the United States by sales volume. The team needed to lay the creative marketing foundations for one of its newest key home developments, Azalea Hollow.
The Ben Kinney Team wanted to attract potential buyers to Azalea Hollow, a premier neighborhood in Ellis County designed for single families looking for tailor-made, accessible homes within the 121-acre gated estate. To do this, they needed to establish the development’s brand and create enticing marketing material that would help boost their sales.
With this, Brevo was challenged to create a meaningful and attractive logo, their brand manual, and a variety of other marketing collaterals including outdoor billboards and signages.
We wanted to highlight Azalea Hollow’s luxury qualities while appealing to buyers’ sensibilities when it comes to finding the perfect home.
We began crafting a logo inspired by mansion gates with fancy flourishes and classy monograms. We combined hints of old world luxe with a modern treatment, seamlessly merging the two letters (A + H) to highlight the bespoke nature of the development’s homes. Combined with the san serif logotype, it was opulent and charming yet also within reach.
Elegant hues of blue completed the brand’s primary colors, reflective of trust, quality service, and top-class homes. With the brand manual in place, we proceeded with creating a variety of matching stationery, from brochures and event invitations to car magnets and window flags. Lastly, we produced designs for large outdoor billboards and signages that highlighted key contact information and a beautiful view of Azalea Hollow, effectively capturing the interest of drivers passing by.
Overall, we were able to give the Ben Kinney Team a cohesive, compelling look with a variety of marketing assets to help introduce Azalea Hollow to consumers everywhere.
